Situated on the top floor of the former Barclays Offices, the apartment has been converted into a two bed plus study spacious property. A light and bright apartment, it is situated right in the heart of Didsbury Village overlooking the main strip of restaurants, coffee shops and pubs. Situated on the top floor, above two other apartments, you have the benefit of complete privacy whilst still being in the heart of the village.
The property allows for a max capacity of 5 adults with a double sofa bed in the spacious living room. The beds in the bedrooms can either be configured as four singles or two super kings.
The master suite offers an ensuite with shower and the main bathroom is situated close to the second bedroom and includes a bath with shower.
The study is the perfect set up for those working during their stay, with a dedicated desk and chair in a light and bright room.
The living/dining is spacious and bright. A dedicated dining table seating four and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine for those longer stays.
The apartment is equipped with breadboard and a 50 inch smart TV.

There is no reception or luggage storage at this property.

The property may offer flexible check-in and check-out times, depending on availability. Otherwise the standard check-in and check-out times apply. A late check-out is strictly by prior arrangement. Early check-in needs to be pre-arranged and confirmed at least 2 days before arrival and are subject to availability and additional charges.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A damage deposit of £150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by preauthorisation on a credit card. This will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
